Jennifer Carrasco

Executive Director

Jenn Wagner Carrasco is incredibly passionate about the performing arts. She has performed with Pomona High School, Blue Knights Drum and Bugle Corps and St. Ann’s winter guard. Jenn has been teaching since graduating from high school throughout Colorado. 


In 2007 Jenn founded the Malachi Organization with 5 performers. Since the inception, Malachi has grown to over 60 members, 3 teams and groups IO finals in 2016, 2017 and IA finals 2018-2019. 

Jenn is currently the color guard caption head at Air Academy High School and the visual coordinator for Fossil Ridge High School.


Audrey Milton

Assistant Director

Brandi Ramirez, originally from Anaheim, California and now a resident of Chino Hills, California started her love for the activity at Ball Junior High School. Brandi is an alumni of the award-winning Loara High School Color Guard, where she was a guard member and a captain. After graduating, Brandi was hired as the guard technician and got her first color guard into WGI Finals. Brandi has worked with many programs such as Hart High School, Fountain Valley High School, Norco High School, Rancho Santa Margarita High School, Stockdale High School, Ayala High School and Diamante Independent Open and World. 
Brandi is not only the Lead technician to all of this programs but also a designer and one of the biggest reasons for the success of Stockdale High School, Diamante World, and Ayala High School. 

Brandi has been with Diamante since 2007 as a Member, Captain, Staff, Director, Designer, and Consultant. Brandi is also a designer and consultants for Mandarins drum and bugle corps as well as the lead technician for the Colorguard.

Mario and Brandi Ramirez are super excited for the opportunity to work together with the fantastic Malachi World Guard cast and staff for the 2020 season.

Victor Reyes

World Team Staff

Victor Reyes is an alumni of Cornish College of the Arts in Seattle WA where he studied dance. He was also lucky enough to be accepted to and attend the Summer Program at the Ailey School in NYC. His color guard experience includes marching with the Blue Devils, Northern Lights, and Full Circle. Victor has worked with many teams with various skill levels and enjoys creating with all the wonderful artist in the winter guard activity.
