Ad Guidelines

 

• Accepted file formats: JPEG, PNG, or PDF (hi-res)

• Don’t have a design? We’ll format it for free. Just send your message and logo (if applicable)!

• If you select a Performer Shout Out with Picture, provide a picture along with the performer's name and what you like to say.

• If you select a Performer Shout Out, provide the performer's name and what you like to say.

 

Ad Submission Deadline

• July 11, 2025

• Send your completed ad or Shout Out details, and/or questions to: jenn.carrasco@hcperformingarts.org.

• Please put "Summer Symposium Ad: Your Business Name" in the Subject line.
