VIDEO REQUIREMENTS

Film the following:

• Choreography: Perform 32-48 counts of choreography on your weapon of choice AND flag.

• Your choreography should display:

  • Weapon Technique, including tosses using triples to 7's or as high as you can. Include any tricks/skills you would like us to see.

  • Flag, including 3 different 45 releases. Include any tricks skills you would like us to see.

  • Dance, including 4-6 dance leaps. Include any acrobatic skills you would like us to see.
